These terms are an agreement between you and Auto Connect Consultants ("ACC", "we", "us"). By using this website or AutoHelper, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

AutoHelper is an information and directory service. It answers general questions about vehicles, repairs, and related topics, and it displays paid advertising placements from local service businesses.

AI readiness services are separate professional engagements with businesses, covering work such as intake, scheduling, follow-up, CRM, and document handling. Those engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. These terms cover this website and AutoHelper.

ACC does not provide legal, medical, insurance, or automotive diagnostic advice. Nothing on this website or in AutoHelper is advice of any kind.

AutoHelper provides general information only. Cost ranges, repair guidance, and process explanations are general and may not fit your situation. Always consult a qualified professional — an attorney, a licensed medical provider, your insurer, or a qualified technician — before making a decision.

Listings in the directory are paid placements. They are sold at a flat monthly rate and are clearly labeled as advertising.

ACC does not endorse or recommend any advertiser. We do not verify the quality of an advertiser's work, their licensing, their insurance, or the accuracy of the information in their listing, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

Any transaction, agreement, or dispute is solely between you and that business. Do your own research before hiring anyone.

Using this website or AutoHelper does not create an attorney-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship — not with ACC, and not with any business listed in the directory. A relationship with a listed business begins only when you and that business agree to it directly.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Break the law or use the services for an unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content, listings, or contact information in bulk.
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam through our forms.
• Interfere with the services, probe them for vulnerabilities, or bypass security.
• Resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

We may suspend or block access if you do any of these things.

The website, AutoHelper, and the content we create — text, design, graphics, and software — belong to ACC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share our public pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Advertisers keep ownership of the listing content they provide and grant ACC permission to display it while their placement is active.

Fee. Advertising placements are sold for a flat monthly fee by category and service area. Fees are never based on inquiries, contacts, or outcomes of any kind.

Term and renewal. Placements run month to month and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your placement agreement.

Content standards. Advertisers are responsible for their listing content being accurate, current, lawful, and compliant with any advertising rules that apply to their profession, including attorney and healthcare advertising rules.

Removal. ACC may edit or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise non-compliant, and may end a placement for non-payment or repeated violations.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of cost ranges, repair guidance, listing information, or any other content. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ACC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the services.

ACC's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid ACC in the twelve months before the claim arose, or [client to specify] if you paid us nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and indemnify ACC and its officers, employees, and contractors against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or, if you are an advertiser, from your listing content or your dealings with anyone who contacts you.

These terms are governed by the laws of [client to confirm state], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
